Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment must be received in full before any artwork is shipped. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse fraudulent transactions, or cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.

Availability

Original paintings are unique and subject to prior sale. If an original artwork becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

Shipping

Artwork is professionally packaged with care to help ensure safe delivery.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on artwork size, availability, holidays, weather conditions, and shipping carrier schedules.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with any shipping claim, please provide:

• Photographs of the damaged artwork
• Photographs of the shipping box
• Photographs of the packing materials

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Returns & Cancellations

Because original artwork and fine art prints are unique or produced specifically for each order, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect artwork.

Copyright

All artwork, paintings, photographs, images, text, logos, designs, and written content displayed on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Medley in Art and artist Norma Medley.

They are protected by United States copyright law and applicable international copyright treaties.

Purchasing artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only.
